幾種常用的塑料添加劑塑料添加劑按其特定功能可分為七大類(lèi)：①改善加工性能的添加劑，如熱穩定劑、潤滑劑等。②改善機械加工性能的添加劑，如增塑劑、增韌劑等。③改善表面性能的添加劑，如抗靜電劑、偶聯(lián)劑等。④改善光學(xué)性能的添加劑，如著(zhù)色劑等。⑤改善老化性能的添加劑，如抗氧劑、光穩定劑等。⑥降低塑料成本的添加劑，如增量劑、填充劑等。⑦賦于其他特定效果的添加劑，如發(fā)泡劑、阻燃劑、防霉劑等。添加劑是指分散在塑料分子結構中，不會(huì )嚴重的影響塑料的分子結構，而能改善其性質(zhì)或降低成本的化學(xué)物質(zhì)。添加劑的加入，能促使塑料改進(jìn)基材的加工性、物理性、化學(xué)性等功能和增加基材的物理、化學(xué)特性。添加劑主要有以下幾種分類(lèi)：1、抗氧化劑（Antioxidant）塑料中的不飽和雙鍵受氧原子、熱與光的侵襲而引起斷裂產(chǎn)生自由基，由此引起連鎖反應，使分子鏈斷裂或形成鏈交聯(lián)，而導致塑料成品的強度降低或變脆?？寡趸瘎┑墓δ芫驮谟谘泳徦芰弦蜓趸纸?，延長(cháng)塑料產(chǎn)品的壽命。塑料工業(yè)所用的抗氧化劑依功能可區分為：（1）氧化連鎖反應抑制劑：如烷基酚（Alkyl phenol）、丁基化基甲苯（Butylated hydroxytoluene簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BHT）、芳香胺類(lèi)（Aromatic amines）、苯基–B-耐胺（Phenyl –B-Naphthylamine）、烷對錕（Alkyl Quinone）、烯基雙酚（Alkylene bisphenol）、烷基酚硫醚（Alkyl phenolthioether）、水楊酸苯指（Phenyl salicylate）等。（2）過(guò)氧化物分解劑：如劉醇急硫醚系、硫丙酸酯（Thio propionate ester）、有機亞**酸化合物（Organic phosphites）、二硫磺酸鹽系等。（3）重金屬不活性化劑：如酰胺化物、聯(lián)氨化物、芳香族胺系化合物等。2、抗靜電劑（Antistatic agent）抗靜電劑的主要功能是賦予塑料產(chǎn)生導電性，以使其避免因摩擦而造成靜電的積存。常用的抗靜電劑有四級銨鹽（Quaternary ammonium salt）、乙氧化胺類(lèi)、脂肪酸酯類(lèi)與磺化臘類(lèi)（Sulfonated wax）等。3、發(fā)泡劑（Blowing agent）塑料用發(fā)泡劑主要有三類(lèi)：①氮氣、二氧化碳、及空氣，直接壓入塑料熔膠中使發(fā)泡；②揮發(fā)性液體如丁烷、戊烷、石油醚、二氟二氯甲烷等，在升溫后即揮發(fā)膨脹，而使塑料體發(fā)泡，常見(jiàn)的聚苯乙烯泡綿即屬于這類(lèi)型；③分解性化學(xué)發(fā)泡劑，這類(lèi)發(fā)泡劑一般為固體粉末，它們在加熱時(shí)即分解放出氣體（通常為氮或二氧化碳），而使塑料產(chǎn)生細胞狀結構，并減輕重量。該類(lèi)發(fā)泡劑多為有機的偶氮化合物，如偶氮雙甲酰胺（Azodicarbonamide）、偶氮雙異丁晴（Azobisisobutyro-nitrile簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)AIBN）。發(fā)泡的塑料主要有：ABS、PS、PVC、PU、EVA、PE、PP等。4、阻燃劑（Flame retardant）當添加難燃劑的塑料暴露于火焰時(shí)，能自行抑制火焰的蔓延，防止煙霧的形成，當火焰去掉時(shí)燃燒便會(huì )停止。塑料使用的難燃劑原理大致可分三種：（1）反應型（Reactive type）的難燃劑可與氧反應形成惰性氣體，籠罩在燃燒物四周，降低燃燒物氧氣含量，以達到終止燃燒的目的。凡是燃燒時(shí)能產(chǎn)生CO、CO2、NH3及鹵素化合物，如PVC、PU泡綿、聚酯或環(huán)氧樹(shù)酯等均選用本法。（2）非反應型（Non-Reactive type）的難燃劑是含有鹵素、**、氮或硼的化合物，當發(fā)生燃燒時(shí)，就能分解出一種惰性物，披蓋在塑料燃燒物表面，形成一層障礙物，以隔絕外界之氧氣，達到耐燃之目的。（3）含水氧化物如氧化鋁的難燃劑遭遇燃燒時(shí)，可放出水氣，吸收燃燒過(guò)程之熱氣，使燃燒物周?chē)鷾囟冉档投_抑制火焰的蔓延，防止煙霧形成。5、潤滑劑（Lubricant）滑劑可分為內部滑劑與外部滑劑，內部滑劑最主要的功能是改善樹(shù)脂的內流動(dòng)性，減少樹(shù)脂分子鏈間的內摩擦，如脂肪酸脂類(lèi)（硬脂酸單甘油酯）；外部滑劑在降低樹(shù)脂對加工機械之黏著(zhù)，并提高產(chǎn)品表面的光滑易于脫模，如Hoechst Wax。6、耐沖擊改質(zhì)劑（Impact modifier）耐沖擊改質(zhì)劑通常是具有特殊性的樹(shù)脂以混煉（Compounding）方式添加，而改善塑料的耐沖擊性。耐沖擊改質(zhì)劑常常影響到塑料的耐熱性、流動(dòng)性或加工性，選擇時(shí)必須慎重。7、增塑劑（plasticizer）絕大部分合成樹(shù)脂具有可塑性，但可塑性的大小卻不相同，為了使樹(shù)脂易于塑化和賦予制品柔軟性，一般在樹(shù)脂中加入一些低分子物質(zhì)，這些低分子物稱(chēng)為增塑劑。增塑劑是液體或低熔點(diǎn)物質(zhì)，與樹(shù)脂應有較好的混溶性。常用的增塑劑由鄰苯二甲酸酯類(lèi)、脂肪族二元酸酯類(lèi)、**酸酯類(lèi)、氯化石蠟等。8、著(zhù)色劑（coloring agent）是為了美化和裝飾塑料而在物料中加入的含色料的添加劑稱(chēng)為著(zhù)色劑。9、填料（filling material）是加于塑料的配合料中以降低成本，有時(shí)也可增進(jìn)塑料的物理性能，如硬度、剛度及沖擊強度的相對惰性的物質(zhì)稱(chēng)為填料。最常用的填料由粘土、硅酸鹽、滑石、碳酸鹽等。 ------------- 如果我回答對你有幫助，請關(guān)注我一下?；蛴衅渌麊?wèn)題也可以關(guān)注我，給我發(fā)私信
