rRNA mRNA tRNA的區別
核糖體RNA (ribosomal RNAs,rRNAs) 約占RNA總量的 80%,它們與蛋白質(zhì)結合構成核糖體的骨架。核糖體是蛋白質(zhì)合成的場(chǎng)所,所以rRNAs的功能是作為核糖體的重要組成成分參與蛋白質(zhì)的生物合成。rRNAs是細胞中含量最多的一類(lèi)RNA,且分子量比較大,代謝都不活躍,種類(lèi)僅有幾種,原核生物中主要有5S rRNAs、16S rRNAs和23S rRNAs三種,真核生物中主要有5S rRNAs、5.8S rRNAs、18S rRNAs和28S rRNAs四種。
信使RNA(messenger RNAs,mRNAs),約占RNA總量的5%。mRNAs是以DNA為模板合成的,又是蛋白質(zhì)合成的模板。它是攜帶一個(gè)或幾個(gè)基因信息到核糖體的核酸。由于每一種多肽都有一種相應的mRNAs,所以細胞內mRNAs是一類(lèi)非常不均一的分子。但就每一種mRNAs的含量來(lái)說(shuō)又十分低。這也解釋了為什么mRNAs的發(fā)現比rRNAs與tRNAs要遲。
轉移RNAs (transfer RNAs,tRNAs) 約占RNA總量的15%。tRNAs的分子量在2.5×104左右,由70~90個(gè)核苷酸組成,因此它是最小的RNA分子。它的主要功能是在蛋白質(zhì)生物合成過(guò)程中把mRNA的信息準確地翻譯成蛋白質(zhì)中氨基酸順序的適配器(adapter)分子,具有轉運氨基酸的作用,并以此氨基酸命名。此外,它在蛋白質(zhì)生物合成的起始作用中,在DNA反轉錄合成中及其他代謝調節中也起重要作用。細胞內tRNA的種類(lèi)很多,每一種氨基酸都有其相應的一種或幾種tRNA。
