（1）紅帽（Red Hat）

①Red Hat公司是一家開(kāi)源解決方案供應商，為諸多重要IT技術(shù)如云計算、存儲、虛擬化、中間件、操作系統提供關(guān)鍵任務(wù)的軟件與服務(wù)。紅帽的開(kāi)放源碼模式提供跨物理、虛擬和云端環(huán)境的企業(yè)運算解決方案，以幫助企業(yè)降低成本并提升效能、穩定性與安全性[1]。

②Red Hat的商業(yè)模式，從Red Hat角度來(lái)看，就是將開(kāi)源社區項目產(chǎn)品化，使普通企業(yè)客戶(hù)更容易消費開(kāi)源創(chuàng )新技術(shù)。從用戶(hù)角度來(lái)看，不同的投資預算與研發(fā)能力的企業(yè)都可以通過(guò)紅帽獲得開(kāi)源軟件的價(jià)值[1]。

①數字化轉型的特點(diǎn)包括三個(gè)方面——跨界融合：不同產(chǎn)業(yè)正在逐漸融合，行業(yè)邊界正在消失；模式創(chuàng )新：比如生態(tài)圈、平臺、開(kāi)源共享等手段；快速迭代：如何把握用戶(hù)痛點(diǎn)和需求，致力于用戶(hù)體驗和價(jià)值提升是重點(diǎn)[5]。

②數字化轉型有四大驅動(dòng)力量：i. 移動(dòng)的革命；ii. 信息和數據分析；iii. 云計算；iiii. 社交媒體，該概念在法國電信**的“Essential 2020”計劃中體現，區別于之前的“征服2015”計劃的內部性，“Essential 2020”計劃更多的是服務(wù)于外部客戶(hù)以及客戶(hù)的數字化轉型[6]。

③數字化轉型實(shí)例：除了通信企業(yè)在慢慢向數字化轉型邁進(jìn)時(shí)，其他領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)，如新媒體[7]（澎湃新聞、豆瓣）、出版社（Nilson Book）、數字印刷（世界第二大印刷機制造商高寶）、船舶（法國電信旗下的Orange Business Services助力EMAS工作空間數字化轉型）、機械加工（沈陽(yáng)機床構建了數字化使能的商業(yè)模式轉型模型，見(jiàn)下圖）等，由此還能看出在這個(gè)企業(yè)數字化進(jìn)程中，Red Hat也有不少的同行（XING）者。

分析截止2014年底的數據，中國企業(yè)進(jìn)軍世界500強穩步上升，其中中國排名前十位的跨國公司主要以能源產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)為主，而世界前10 強的公司有不少典型的技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，如制藥、汽車(chē)、軟件行業(yè)等，說(shuō)明了中國跨國公司處于初級階段，技術(shù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)還是未能很好融入國際化分工的主流[10]。

以Orange Business Services為例，主要挑戰是如何適應和應對全球市場(chǎng)：更加“易變”的環(huán)境，客戶(hù)更加無(wú)法預測其自身需求，因此導致更加注重短期成本節約措施而非長(cháng)期轉型項目的壓力越來(lái)越大。移動(dòng)、信息、云和社交，這四大全球發(fā)展趨勢直接影響著(zhù)在中國開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)的企業(yè)[9]。
