事情的經(jīng)過(guò)是這樣的：近日，在美國，諸多消費者向法院提交了訴狀，稱(chēng)蘋(píng)果和三星的智能手機所釋放的射頻輻射已經(jīng)超出了美國政府所規定的正常水平，并指出，蘋(píng)果并未告知消費者蘋(píng)果手機射頻輻射的潛在危害，誤導消費者。

起訴書(shū)中寫(xiě)到，射頻輻射對生物體的影響包括癌癥風(fēng)險增加、基因損壞、生殖系統的結構和功能改變、神經(jīng)紊亂、記憶力下降等等眾多危害。

為什么會(huì )突然出現眾多消費者起訴蘋(píng)果、三星這種現象？

原來(lái)，在2018年，《芝加哥論壇報》根據美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì )的規定，曾與美國射頻輻射暴露實(shí)驗室合作，對11款智能手機的射頻輻射進(jìn)行測試，蘋(píng)果、三星就包括在內。檢測結果，蘋(píng)果等智能手機射頻輻射已經(jīng)超過(guò)政府規定水平，這正是原告起訴的主要依據。

而蘋(píng)果方面對檢測結果提出了質(zhì)疑，認為該實(shí)驗室的檢測方法存在問(wèn)題。美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì )表示，將在未來(lái)的幾個(gè)月對這些智能手機進(jìn)行自主測評。

不得不說(shuō)，蘋(píng)果智能手機是否射頻輻射超標，還有待考證。但是有一點(diǎn)是毋庸置疑的，那就是平常盡量少玩手機，尤其是孕婦小孩，手機輻射再小，畢竟也還是有的，多多少少對身體還是有影響的。

先說(shuō)下結論：

結論1：輻射測試是媒體所做，是否可信任還未知，請等待政府機構調查。

結論2：沒(méi)有證據顯示射頻輻射（RF）會(huì )致癌。

根據他們的研究（研究方法新聞里有，微博上也有）：“Radiofrequency radiation exposure from the iPhone 7 — one of the most popular smartphones ever sold — measured over the legal safety limit and more than double what Apple reported to federal regulators from its own testing.”

2019/8/23：有律師（律所）在北加州San Jose區（就是硅谷地區）的地區法院提起了集體訴訟（訴訟全文，目前只找到這個(gè)：https://www.scribd.com/document/422976960/RF-Exposure-Class-Action非政府網(wǎng)站，準確性存疑），起訴三星和蘋(píng)果關(guān)于RF輻射超標的問(wèn)題。
