一個(gè)組叫set

一次試舉叫rep 是repetition的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)

rm是repetition max的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，顧名思義就是單次能做的最大次數，很多人都用的是錯的，誤以為rm是某一組多少次試舉的意思。我經(jīng)常在健身房聽(tīng)到有人說(shuō)他今天做12rm做5個(gè)set。

volume是訓練總量的意思，一般指總重量，比如廖輝某個(gè)課表的單次訓練總重量是10噸，但在一般健身房也只一個(gè)課表有多少reps，因為對于一般健身者來(lái)說(shuō)，算重量比較麻煩，就用總次數來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單代表總量。

schedule就是課表的意思，一般成熟的訓練者都有自己的課表，很少有人來(lái)了看心情練的。

下面就我比較熟悉的幾個(gè)領(lǐng)域講講

力量舉（power lifting）臺灣叫健力

力量舉的三項分別是

臥推，深蹲，硬拉（臺灣叫硬舉）

bench，squat，deadlift

squat

在力量舉里有兩種方法，一種叫高杠，就是high bar，指的是杠子在背上的位置比較高，在斜方肌上

另一種叫低桿，叫low bar，就是杠子在背上的位置很低，背在三角肌后束（rare deltoid）上

深蹲用的膝蓋的綁帶叫做wraps，為了區別于手腕用的wraps，一般叫 knee wraps，這里注意shelve和wrap的區別，wrap是要自己纏的，shelve是套的。

deadlift

在力量舉里deadlift分兩種，一種是傳統的窄硬拉（conventional deadlift），相撲硬拉（sumo deadlift）。

lock out是鎖定的意思，力量舉里面要求硬拉，一定要鎖定以后才能放杠。lock out也在其他各種動(dòng)作里表示鎖定的意思，大致理解就是關(guān)節打直鎖死的意思。

分古典和健體

古典是bodybuilding，健體是mens physqiue

女子叫bikini

健美比賽里面做造型叫posing

量級叫class

類(lèi)固醇叫steroids

一般打藥需要制定計劃，這個(gè)叫circle

也就是國內一般說(shuō)的做c

沒(méi)有打藥的叫自然健美者，他們稱(chēng)自己為natural，

這里再講下有個(gè)詞叫powerbuilding，指的是很多人即使用powerlifting的大重量訓練法，但也很注重肌肉形態(tài)。這類(lèi)人多是業(yè)余愛(ài)好者，或者健身網(wǎng)紅。

街頭健身叫street workout

內有五大神技

分別為單手引體one arm pull up，這里注意還有一種叫 one hand pull up，單手的難度不止低了一個(gè)檔次

前/后水平 front lever/back lever

俄挺，planche

人體國旗，順風(fēng)旗，human flag，就是自己立個(gè)flag的意思

慢速暴力上杠，muscle up

再說(shuō)馬拉松marathon

半馬 half marathon

迷你馬拉松，國外半馬以下就不叫馬拉松了，所以千萬(wàn)別叫mini marathon

10k就是10k

5k就是5k，難道你跑個(gè)5k還舔著(zhù)臉叫super mini marathon嗎？

馬拉松的個(gè)人最好成績(jì)一般叫pb，personal best

賽會(huì )最好成績(jì)一般叫pr，personal record

這點(diǎn)和力量運動(dòng)的習慣不太一樣。

能量膠叫g(shù)el

領(lǐng)跑員叫兔子，rabbit
