單倍體和單體型的區別?
單倍體和單體的區別
1處理后不是單倍體。(染色單體):復制時(shí)產(chǎn)生的染色體拷貝。此名字通常用來(lái)形容處于隨后的細胞分裂期它們分開(kāi)的之前的染色體。從有絲分裂前期的早期到中期(在有絲分裂后期,著(zhù)絲點(diǎn)斷裂,此時(shí)不存在染色單體),染色體沿其長(cháng)軸發(fā)生縱裂。這樣被分成的二條染色體各稱(chēng)為染色單體。開(kāi)始成為一對的染色單體兩者并不分開(kāi),逐漸它們具有獨立的基質(zhì),并在其中各自形成二條染色絲。而且染色單體往往出現互相關(guān)聯(lián)的螺旋。這些螺旋的圈數在中期以前逐漸減少,并且著(zhù)絲粒也開(kāi)始分裂。從中期進(jìn)入后期時(shí),一對染色單體就互相完全分開(kāi),作為子染色體分別向相反的兩極移動(dòng)。減數分裂的二價(jià)染色體是由4條染色單體(四分染色體)產(chǎn)生的。
單倍體和單體型的區別?
單倍體是由配子發(fā)育而成的個(gè)體,染色體數目是體細胞的一半兒。而單體是指體細胞當中少了一條染色體。 體細胞當中染色體數是成對的,一對兒當中少了一條染色體,稱(chēng)之為單體。
