2、光照對培養材料什么作用？

1、光照強度（lightintensity)光照強度對培養細胞的增殖和器官的分化有重要影響，從目前的研究情況看，光照強度對外植物體、細胞的最初分裂有明顯的影響。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，光照強度較強，幼苗生長(cháng)的粗壯，而光照強度較弱幼苗容易徒長(cháng)。
