多謝[email protected]的解答,1和3我都明,但2唔系好明應該點(diǎn)做,一次過(guò)寫(xiě)在pettycash voucher的意思是指 e.g.4張五金單可加埋個(gè)總數寫(xiě)在一行?但如果4張單唔同日期或唔同公司買(mǎi)都可以加埋嗎?寫(xiě)完pettycash voucher是否要入pettycash book呢? 另外,如上所提及用bank trfer 去佢哋戶(hù)口又可否當pettycash入呢? 其實(shí)公司大約會(huì )放$1000現金,唔系定額的,咁呢$1000算唔算系pettycash 呢?

2. 如用pettycash voucher,是否每張單都分行寫(xiě)?定系同一類(lèi)單可加埋條大數寫(xiě)?如可以,當入數去pettycash book 的時(shí)候又點(diǎn)做呢?

（1）費用：同一類(lèi)單可加埋總數寫(xiě)一行，分不同的費用科目比如“交通費”加總數寫(xiě)一行，“文具費”加總數寫(xiě)一行。

（2）cash：可以合并一行寫(xiě)，亦可以按不同的費用分行寫(xiě)，只要為以后查帳時(shí)能清楚明了表達就可以

***記入petty cash book時(shí)，應嚴格按照voucher的內容記錄，voucher中的petty cash寫(xiě)幾行，記帳時(shí)就要寫(xiě)幾行。

***voucher的日期是以支出現金那天為準，不用管報銷(xiāo)單據的日期，分類(lèi)以會(huì )計科目的分類(lèi)為依據，不用管是否是同一間公司開(kāi)出的單據。
