　認識英語(yǔ)的人，都懂得這話(huà)的意思?？上У氖?，這話(huà)的英語(yǔ)用得不好， 共有六處不符合標準。

　現在一一指出如下：

?、薄癢e have qualified Hong Kong PR and local buyers”：這里的“Hong Kong PR”可以譯為“香港的永久居民”，但文中要的應該是“來(lái)自香港的永久居民”（Singapore Permanent Residents from Hong Kong）。此外，“PR”要改為復數（PRs）才對。在“ local buyers”里“l(fā)ocal”（本地的）較短，根據修飾語(yǔ)的排列秩序，應該先排。此外，“buyers”后面有個(gè)形容詞分句提到買(mǎi)組屋的事，“buyers”便成為多余的元素了。最后，修飾語(yǔ)“qualified” 雖然用法對，但選詞不妥當?！癚ualified”表示“有知識”或“有資格”，但這里要的是“合條件的”或“適當的”修飾語(yǔ)，那就是“ eligible”或“suitable”了。
