2、如何使用contact form 7

1. 首先是安裝，搜索 contact form 7即可找到，選擇install并activate it

2. 安裝完成后，WP后臺的左側會(huì )出現一個(gè)contact 的菜單，這就是contact form 7的快捷菜單

3. 新建表單，在contact菜單下面Add new即可新建表單，填好名字如Inquiry，保存即可。

4. Form的設置, Form里面是表格的元素的設置，默認生成的有your name, your email, subject, your message，你也可以根據需要點(diǎn)擊FORM頂部的相關(guān)菜單，添加相應的功能，如URL等，方法：把光標放置到一個(gè)空行，點(diǎn)擊URL，會(huì )彈出一個(gè)窗口設置:

required field 視需要打勾或不打勾

Name 保持默認即可

Default value 填上your website

use this text as the placehold of the field, 打上勾

this requires the author's URL 不打勾

其他的暫時(shí)不填, 然后點(diǎn)insert tag,即可插入到表格中了，然后點(diǎn)擊SAVE。

你可以根據需要添加其他的一些表單模塊。

5. MAIL設置，這里是設置相關(guān)的發(fā)信息資料，如收到郵件的格式，發(fā)送人和收件人郵箱，郵件的標題等

6. Message設置，這里面是一些提示信息文字的設置，一般保持默認即可

7. Additional settings:這里面可以增加一些擴展的代碼，下文會(huì )講述到常用的一些應用。

8. 如何調用Contact form 7表單：當以上設置好以后，把標題下面的一段代碼（shortcode）復制，并粘貼到post 或page或portfolio的編輯框里面，然后點(diǎn)update即可完成添加。

注：BLUEHOST上的網(wǎng)站不支持第三方郵箱發(fā)送系統郵件，所以如果裝了SMTP插件則必須刪掉才可以正常使用

假如你的工作企業(yè)郵箱為sales@xxx.com, 那么在CF7表單中將收件人郵箱設置為inquiry@xxx.com，發(fā)件人郵箱設置為wordpress@xxx.com，

到BH后臺-hosting-email下面去添加3個(gè)網(wǎng)站域名后綴的email賬號，分別是sales@xxx.com，inquiry@xxx.com， wordpress@xxx.com （無(wú)論你的企業(yè)郵箱在哪里，這里都必須要添加（不影響本身郵箱的使用），如果你的企業(yè)郵箱本身掛在BH上面了，那應該不會(huì )出現此問(wèn)題），如下圖

到bluehost后臺 DOMAINS-ZONE EDITOR頁(yè)面，找到MX(mail exchanger)， 點(diǎn)擊下面的more，勾選local mail exchanger，并點(diǎn)擊change

Step 4

到BLUEHOST后臺-hosting -email中選擇forwarding 并點(diǎn)擊add email forwarder，在address to forward中填上inquiry，在forward to this address中填上你的實(shí)際工作企業(yè)郵箱，如sales@xxx.com或 XXX@GMAIL.COM都可以，并點(diǎn)擊SUBMIT。

只要按以上步驟設置，即可成功發(fā)送詢(xún)盤(pán)并收到詢(xún)盤(pán)，親測有效。

10.如何實(shí)現發(fā)件人的IP追蹤和詢(xún)盤(pán)頁(yè)面的標題，URL等信息，可以在mail菜單下面的message body后面加上以下代碼可以實(shí)現：

[_url]: 詢(xún)盤(pán)表單所在的頁(yè)面

11. 詢(xún)盤(pán)發(fā)送如何實(shí)現頁(yè)面的跳轉：在A(yíng)dditional settings里面加上以下代碼（全部復制，如果不成功，則有可能是里面標點(diǎn)不對，一定要保證代碼里面的所有標點(diǎn)符號為英文狀態(tài)下的標點(diǎn)）

這個(gè)插件的作用時(shí)，當用戶(hù)通過(guò)你的CF7等發(fā)詢(xún)盤(pán)的時(shí)候，無(wú)論是是否發(fā)送成功，這個(gè)詢(xún)盤(pán)的內容都可以被記錄下來(lái)，非常好用，可以防止無(wú)法發(fā)送詢(xún)盤(pán)或無(wú)法收到郵件導致的詢(xún)盤(pán)丟失。
