favorite和favourite區別：寫(xiě)法不同。

favourite和favorite的區別在于前者是英式寫(xiě)法，后者是美式寫(xiě)法，兩個(gè)的意思是相同的。英文中以－our結尾的單詞，在美式英語(yǔ)中刪除了不發(fā)音的字母u，因此怎么寫(xiě)都是對的。作形容詞的意思是最喜愛(ài)的（adj.）作定語(yǔ)，修飾名詞；作名詞時(shí)意思為受喜愛(ài)的人（或事物）（n.），既然是名詞，就有復數，復數形式為favorites，一般情況下我們多用favorite美式寫(xiě)法。

favorite單詞本身已經(jīng)包含最高級的概念，所以這個(gè)單詞既沒(méi)有比較級，也沒(méi)有最高級，因此不能用副詞most（最），best（最好的），very（非常；很）或quite（很；相當）來(lái)形容。
