格氏試劑是一種用于測定葡萄糖含量的化學(xué)試劑。其滴定原理是在酸性條件下，格氏試劑可以與葡萄糖發(fā)生氧化還原反應，還原成底物，同時(shí)格氏試劑被氧化成藍色化合物。

當底物完全被氧化時(shí)，反應結束，此時(shí)加入的格氏試劑全部被消耗，溶液呈現出從初始紅色逐漸轉變?yōu)樯钏{色的顏色。
