愛(ài)爾蘭苔蘚（學(xué)名：Chondrus crispus）， 又稱(chēng)角叉菜（carrageen）是一種海藻，多分布在Carrageen附近多巖的愛(ài)爾蘭海岸及北美東部。這種植物的顏色可從綠色變化到深紫色。它厚而堅硬的莖叫做葉（frond），枝葉呈扇形。
