discount factor算法： 先計算money discount rate，也就是（1+nomial)=(1+real )(1+inflation)中的Nominal,1+n=(1+5.7%)*(1+5%) 得出n=1.1098.。再算DF=1/(1+r)^t 即可。 discount factor即為貼現因子。也稱(chēng)折現系數、折現參數。所謂貼現因子，就是將來(lái)的現金流量折算成現值的介于0－1之間的一個(gè)數。貼現因子在數值上可以理解為貼現率，就是1個(gè)份額經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間后所等同的現在份額。
