拒絕心肺復甦術(shù)(英語(yǔ):Do not resuscitate,縮寫(xiě)為DNR),又譯為不施行心肺復甦術(shù)、放棄心肺復甦術(shù)、放棄急救同意書(shū),也稱(chēng)為拒絕緊急救治(No Code)或No CPR,是一種法律文書(shū),病患在平時(shí)或在醫院時(shí)預先簽署,表明當他們面臨心跳停止或呼吸停止(英語(yǔ):Apnea)的狀況時(shí),不愿意接受心肺復甦術(shù)(Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR)或高級心臟救命術(shù)(Advanced cardiac life support, ACLS)來(lái)延長(cháng)生命。
患者通常為老年人,或者長(cháng)期多病住院,或患有預後不良的晚期癌癥,或其它絕癥。
DNR不影響除了氣管插管與心肺復甦術(shù)以外的其他搶救手段,患者仍可接受化療、抗生素治療、透析等。
