akp是什么協(xié)議？

AKP又叫堿性磷酸酶或者ALP，是一種磷酸單酯酶，血清中ALP來(lái)源于不同的組織（肝、骨、腎、小腸、胎盤(pán)等），主要以游離形式存在，極少量與脂蛋白和免疫球蛋白結合。

正常情況下，體內ALP是來(lái)源于肝（肝ALP）和骨（骨ALP ）各半。

堿性磷酸酶在機體中的 主要生理功能是在成骨過(guò)程中水解磷酸酯，為羥基磷灰石的沉積提供必要的磷酸，同時(shí)水解焦磷酸鹽，解除其對骨鹽形成的抑制作用，有利于成骨作用。
