促紅素的形成？

促紅素（erythropoietin，EPO），是由腎皮質(zhì)近曲小管管周細胞分泌的由166個(gè)氨基酸組成的糖蛋白。臨床應用的促紅素為重組人紅細胞生成素，是用DNA重組技術(shù)合成的，作用與天然的內源性物質(zhì)相似。

紅細胞生成素可與紅系干細胞表面的紅細胞生成素受體結合，刺激紅系干細胞，促進(jìn)紅系干細胞增殖、分化和成熟，使紅細胞數增多，血紅蛋白含量增加。并能穩定紅細胞膜，增強紅細胞抗氧能力
